Background

Gould operated a business called Beanstalk Projects from around 2015, raising funds from investors for specific property developments. ASIC found that instead of applying those funds to the nominated developments, the money was transferred to other Beanstalk Projects entities, used for different developments, paid to other investors, or spent on general business expenses.

Gould was an authorised representative of Guildfords Funds Management Pty Ltd between 5 October 2021 and 16 November 2023.
