What this determination covers
The Defence Determination, Conditions of Service Amendment Determination (No. 3) 2025 is an amendment to Defence Determination 2016/19, which sets conditions of service for Australian Defence Force personnel. The determination was registered on 11 March 2025 and was in force until 14 July 2026, at which point it was repealed.

The determination covered three areas of change:
- Rent allowance rules for ADF members who share accommodation or board
- Additional travel benefits
- Miscellaneous amendments
The determination also included transitional provisions.
