Overview
The Department of Defence has amended its internal conditions of service rules for Australian Defence Force personnel. The instrument is titled Defence Determination, Conditions of Service Amendment Determination (No. 14) 2026 and operates as an amendment to Defence Determination 2016/19 under the Defence Act 1903.
What the determination covers
The determination makes changes across four areas:
