What this instrument does
The Department of Education has registered a legislative determination that sets out how the HELP Tuition Protection Levy is calculated for higher education providers. The determination is titled the Higher Education Support (HELP Tuition Protection Levy) (Risk Rated Premium and Special Tuition Protection Components) Determination 2025.
The two levy components
