Overview

Marine Order 54 (Coastal pilotage) 2026 is a federal legislative instrument that came into force on 27 August 2026. It is administered by the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts under the Navigation Act 2012. The order replaces Marine Order 54 (Coastal pilotage) 2014.
