The policy applies to QBCC staff, contractors, board members, Service Trades Council members, and related panel members. It does not apply to building businesses or tradies directly.
What the policy sets out
The policy sets out rules under the Integrity Act 2009 covering:
- when lobbying contact with QBCC officers is permitted
- when lobbying contact is prohibited
- what must be reported following lobbying contact
