What this form is for
The Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) has published its official application form for a Plumbing and Drainage/Drainage/Gasfitting Contractor or Nominee Supervisor licence. The form is used when applying under section 33 of the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991. It is not for occupational licences, which require a separate form.
The form sets out the documents, qualifications, identity proof and fees needed for the application, and explains how to submit it. There are no new rules or deadlines associated with this release, it is the current application form and checklist for this licence type.
How to submit the form
- Email the completed form and attachments to licence.applications@qbcc.qld.gov.au
- Submit in person at a QBCC Customer Service Centre
- Post to GPO Box 5099, Brisbane QLD 4001
